Outstanding accessibility issues

At RNIB, we are always aiming to improve the accessibility and usability of all our systems and services.

We are pleased to note that our accessibility audit did not discover any major accessibility issues on the ReadAlong website.

Web accessibility conformance statement

RNIB have worked alongside ReadAlong and Good Innovation to implement a digital book reading experience that is accessible to all. It is our goal to create an accessible experience that is inclusive and allows users, regardless of assistive technology, to experience the website and content in an identical (or similar) way to those who do not use assistive technology.

Reporting a web accessibility issue

While we aim to make websites accessible for a broad range of devices, browsers and operating systems, there are times where an update or change can occur resulting in one or more accessibility issues. If you or someone you know has discovered an accessibility fault or issue, please email the issue details including the device, assistive technology software and browser version used to accessibilityrequests@rnib.org.uk.
